In a sea of plastic we do our small part, a drop that we are sure is an important step to empower more people. Take awareness of our actions to safeguard the environment that hosts us every day through small actions.
At Metalservice we have chosen to significantly reduce the use of plastic within our company and beyond. We promoted an awareness campaign by distributing free water bottles in Corropoli schools of all levels and in our working environment, replacing in fact plastic with recycled material.
The installation in the company of natural and sparkling water dispensers, also refrigerated, is accompanied by the replacement, in the hot drink distributors, of plastic cups with biodegradable ones. In the break area we are reviewing the selection of drinks and food to prefer products in line with the company philosophy, by replacing where possible packaged products with disposable plastics.
The plastic free choice in our reference sector is even more important when we talk about packaging. At Metalservice we have replaced plastic packaging with biodegradable and/or from recycled products.
These choices represent an important change in the evaluation of each action and in the individual approach towards the theme of environmental sustainability.
